Rules

1. No Purchase Necessary.
Contest is open to members of the Spirit of IU community ages 18 and older. Employees of the Indiana University Alumni Association (IUAA) as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement and acceptance of these Official Rules which shall be final in all respects.
2. How to Enter.
Enter the "Who Are IU's Most Fashionable People" contest by uploading a photo of yourself wearing fashionable IU-themed attire. By uploading your photo, you are granting Indiana University a nonexclusive license to use the photo and your name and other identifying information in connection with the photo, as described more fully below under "Conditions."
3. Winning.
Indiana University shall select all winners at its sole discretion. Winner will be notified via e-mail and announced on Facebook, Twitter, and other social media sites. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Indiana University will be responsible for all applicable shipping and handling fees as well as applicable local taxes. If these rules differ from any promotional or other materials published in connection with the Contest, these rules shall control.
4. Conditions.
Prizes are non-transferable and taxable (recipients will be responsible for income taxes on the prizes and must file a W-9 form). No cash redemption or substitution will be allowed, except at Indiana University's sole discretion. Indiana University also reserves the right to cancel or modify the Contest or these Official Contest Rules if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Indiana University's reasonable control impairs the integrity of this Contest, as determined by Indiana University, in its sole discretion. By participating, where allowable by law, entrant grants to Indiana University the nonexclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide right to publish, broadcast and use in any media, including the World Wide Web, participant's entry, name, picture, and likeness, without limitation, in connection with the Spirit of IU site and for promotional and advertising purposes, without additional compensation. Winner may be required, in the sole discretion of Indiana University, to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release within ten (10) days of the issuance of such documents or the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
5. Warrant and Indemnification.
By participating in the contest you represent and warrant that you own all rights, including all copyright, in the photo(s) you submit or have all necessary licenses and permissions to submit them and grant to Indiana University the license set out above, and that your participation and submission of the photo(s) will not violate the rights of any third party. You agree to defend and indemnify Indiana University, its trustees, officers, employees, and agents with respect to any claims that arise out of your acts or omissions related to your participation in the contest.
6. Law.
The interpretation, application and enforcement of these rules will be governed by Indiana law without reference to conflicts of laws principles. By participating in the contest you agree to bring any dispute concerning the contest in a court of competent jurisdiction within Monroe or Marion County, Indiana, and you consent to the personal and exclusive subject matter jurisdiction of such court.
7. Entire Agreement.
These terms set forth the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings relating thereto, whether oral or written. Facebook is not a sponsor nor an affiliate of this Contest.
